Voice and Acting Lessons With a Broadway Pro!

Not only will you learn to sing in a health and safe environment, but you will learn how to combine your acting and singing seamlessly. Whether you are learning for fun or for a profession, Kristin’s students regularly are cast as leads in their school productions, get into their first choice of colleges, win solos with their church choirs and make careers on Broadway! After an initial “audition” lesson you will get an assessment of your goals and abilities as well as an action plan for success.

Bio: Kristin Huffman was a lead in the Tony award winning Broadway musical by Stephen Sondheim, ”Company” She is the Artistic Director of the professional theatre: The New Paradigm Theatre, www.nptheatre.org and has a career that has spanned over 20 years professionally performing with operas, theatres, Broadway and symphonies around the US/Europe.

As a former Miss Ohio/Runner-up to Miss America she continues hosting and producing charity events as well as judging international voice and acting competitions.

She teaches at the University of Hartford and in Milford and consistently connects her students to industry professionals as well as provides performing opportunities with Broadway, film and tv stars through her professional theatre company. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from both Capital University Conservatory of Music BM (Music ed: flute and voice concentration) and Northwestern University (Masters of Music- Opera)

Her students include Broadway, Rock, Pop and TV performers as well as students ages 8-85!
