Dog Days of Summer Photo Contest for Teens

UPDATED (August 10, 2011, 4:45 pm): The winners of the Dog Days of Summer Pet Photo contest for teens have been chosen! Come on by the Teen Library to see if your favorite won!

This summer, teens entering grades 7th to 12th are invited to show Wilton their awesome pet photos! Darling dogs, clever cats, goofy goldfish…if it’s a great pet photo, the Wilton Library wants to see it!  Photos must be 8′x10′ on photo paper.  One entry per person.

Submission form, available at the Library's front desk or online, must be filled out and included with photo at time of drop off. Photo drop off at the Wilton Library begins Friday, July 1st and continues thru Wednesday, July 20th.

Professional photographers, Peggy Garbus and Daryl Hawk, will judge and the photos, and they will be on display at the Library throughout August.

Prizes include gift cards to Jerry’s Artarama for Best in Show, 2nd and 3rd place.
