Police Blotter 8-6-13 Trespassing, Lost Property, Breach of Peace, Harassment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

7/30 A Wilton Detective was traveling on Chestnut Hill Rd when he noticed a vehicle enter the driveway of a vacant home and drive around the rear of the residence.  Upon checking the suspicious activity the two accused Danbury men were located outside the residence.  One subject claimed to work for the property management company which was managing the vacant home.  Upon checking with a representative of the company it was learned that he had performed lawn maintenance at the property several days relier but no longer had authorization to be on the property again.  Both subjects were placed under arrest and transported to HQ and processed.  One was released on a PTA and the other posted a $2000 bond and was released.

8/1 A silver necklace with a 22 carat gold cross and a gold "Our Lady of Mt. Carmel" medallion was lost in the area of the Wilton HS tennis courts sometime in the last 2 weeks. The necklace has tremendous sentimental value to the owner.  If found please contact the WPD at 203-834-6260 and reference case #1300009851

8/5 On July 1, a Wilton resident came to HQ to report that someone had set up numerous online profiles through various dating websites using her email address.  These profiles were written about her personal preferences and were sexually graphic. The incident was investigated and it was determined that a 40 year old Ansonia woman was responsible.  On August 5, she came to HQ after learning there was a warrant for her arrest. She was charged, given a court date and was released on a Promise to Appear.

8/5 Upon stopping a Wilton man's vehicle for a tail light out, a smoking pipe was located containing marijuana.  An infraction ticket was issued.
