The spring market is starting to bloom, with several new listings coming on the market this week. At the high end, a sensational house on Ruscoe Rd. is being offered for $3.4 million. However, you don't have to be at that price point to find a terrific home. I was struck this week by how much house you can get in the 600s, 700s, and 800s. Seven or eight years ago most homes in that price range needed a lot of work. Today, there are many homes in those ranges that are updated and in move in condition. It really is a great time to buy.
