Mercedes-Benz Tennis Tourney at Four Seasons Supports Ability Beyond

Mercedes-Benz Tennis Tournament at Wilton's Four Seasons to support Ability Beyond on August 16

Saurin Shah has partnered with Mercedes Benz of Danbury to bring the Mercedes-Benz Tennis Event to Wilton, CT. The event will benefit Ability Beyond, a leading nonprofit that provides services and programs to individuals with disabilities in Connecticut and New York.

Mr. Shah, a resident of Wilton, CT is the Executive Vice President at Nations Equipment Finance in Norwalk, CT. He is a member of the Ability Beyond Board of Trustees and has devoted his time and resources to help bring awareness of the critical role Ability Beyond plays in Fairfield County.

The Ability Beyond Mercedes-Benz Tennis Event will be held at the Four Seasons Racquet Club on Saturday, August 16, 2014. (Rain date is set for Sunday, August 17) The day will feature clinics, a social round robin, competitive tournament, refreshments, raffle, silent auction, cocktail reception and an exhibition match featuring Nolan Paige (Div. 1 Stanford University) and Todd Paul (Div. 1 Wake Forest University). Entry fee is $175.00 per person which includes the cocktail reception, exhibition match and your choice of either the Social or Competitive Tennis Event. All participants will receive a Mercedes-Benz gift package. If guests would only like to attend the cocktail reception, raffle, silent auction and featured exhibition tennis match, the event fee is $75.00 per person. As an added bonus compliments of Mercedes-Benz of Danbury, two participants will advance to the Mercedes-Benz Sectional Event held at Pinehurst Resort (Oct. 29 – Nov. 2, 2014; see official entry form for details). The winning team of the Mercedes-Benz Sectional Event will receive a VIP trip to the 2015 US Open. Participants can also take their shot to hit the "Perfect Serve" for a chance to win a lease on a brand new 2014 Mercedes CLA 250 vehicle.

Ability Beyond is a 501{c} (3) organization headquartered in Bethel, Conn. and Mount Kisco, N.Y. It provides a wide range of services for over 2,300 people with intellectual and physical disabilities and mental health challenges -- including numerous residential alternatives, employment training, career counseling, job placement services, cognitive and life skills instruction, clinical and therapeutic support, and volunteer and recreational activities.
