Animals in Distress, a no-kill cat shelter in Wilton, is dedicated to the care and placement of homeless cats and kittens on a year round basis. They have contacted HamletHub because they are in desperate need of food for the animals (an expected donation has not yet been received).
Animals in Distress has an Amazon wish list, but if you live nearby, you can drop-off any donations at the shelter.
The Shelter is open on Saturdays 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and by appointment for the other days. Animals in Distress is located at 238 Danbury Road, Wilton.
