Wilton 5K Supports Circle of Care to Help Children with Cancer

On Sunday, September 23 the 4th annual Circle of Care 5k road race will be taking place in Wilton Center

Hundreds of people will join children with cancer and their families from around the state to participate in this true community-wide event, with a new course which takes runners right through the heart of Wilton Center. All funds go to Circle of Care’s programs that directly impact children with cancer in CT. 

For almost 15 years, Circle of Care has helped nearly 2,800 children and families in Connecticut cope with the varied challenges associated with the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cancer.

Travel & Traffic Alert in Wilton

According to Wilton Police, between the hours of 8am - 10am vehicles will only be permitted to travel southbound through Wilton Center.

During the time period traffic will not be permitted to enter Wilton Center from Wolfpit Road (Rt. 106). Officers from the Wilton Police Department as well as members of Wilton CERT will be on scene to effectuate detours and ensure safety.
