Wilton middle school teens and their moms are invited to a special class series designed to teach self-defense techniques for women. Back by popular demand, Lisa Bohacs will be teaching this special class at Trackside on Monday evenings November 13th through December 4th. This class will provide an opportunity for moms and their daughters to share in this educational experience while learning important self-defense skills.
Students should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers to class.
Instructor: Lisa Bohacs
Lisa has been involved in the Martial Arts for 37 years. She is a 5th degree black belt and has been teaching for 33 years. She competed nationally and internationally for the U.S.A. She has been on four U.S.A. National teams, has taken two individual silver medals and one bronze in women’s heavyweight fighting and two overall team gold medals.
