Mark your calendars for a fun night of Dim Sum with Master Chef and Middlebrook School culinary arts teacher Heather Priest! Grab your friends and learn how to make Dim Sum, a traditional bite-sized Chinese dish.
Advance registration is required. No walk-ins. Enrollment is limited to 22 people per session. Due to the popularity of our tapas program with Heather Priest, we are offering two Dim Sum sessions.
