Colonial Herb Garden Gathering & Gallery Talks

Splashed with color and fragrant with lavender and thyme, the garden is now at its summer best, and will be a delightful place to enjoy herb-themed 
hors d'oeuvres and refreshments!

The Colonial Herb Garden and the current exhibitions at the Society will be the setting for a garden gathering with a presentation by Herb specialist Nancy Moore and two gallery talks withquilt artist Denyse Schmidt and rug hooking artist June Myles. 

At 4:30 in the garden there will be a talk by herb specialist Nancy Moore, owner of Moorefield Herb Farm of Trumbull, and past president of the Connecticut unit of the Herb Society of America. She will have plants for sale.

Free for members, $10 for non-members
