Amber Farm hosts Middlebrook Maple Syrup Program Begins February 9

Amber Farm hosts Middlebrook Maple Syrup Program on Thursdays, starting February 9th – March 16th, 2016 (6 sessions).

Students in grades 6-8 will meet in the Middlebrook cafeteria after school to tap trees on school grounds and to collect the sap. Students and families will be invited to Ambler Farm to see how the sap is made into syrup. As a thank you for participating, each student will receive a bottle of maple syrup made from the sap that they helped harvest. Dress warm as we will be outside. Pick-up is at 4:10 pm in the MB pick-up line.

To register your child, please email Kevin Meehan at kevin@amblerfarm.org.

Ambler Farm is located at 257 Hurlbutt Street, Wilton.
