Wilton Resident & Grammy-Nominated Composer Chris Brubeck Video Invitation to Attend April 15 Concert

Enjoy live music to support live music! The Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra is excited to present Chris Brubeck and Triple Play in a benefit concert on Saturday April 15, 2017 at the Ridgefield Playhouse at 8:00 p.m. View the Personal Invitation from Chris here.

Grammy-nominated composer and Wilton resident Chris Brubeck (electric bass, bass trombone, and piano) along with Peter Madcat Ruth (on harmonica, guitar, jaw harp, and percussion) and Joel Brown (folk and classical acoustic guitar) comprise the band Triple Play. Collectively they bring a rare level of joy, virtuosity, and American spirit to the folk, blues, jazz and classical music they perform. They are delighted to be playing their brand of blues, jazz, along with some Brubeck classics and creative originals at The Ridgefield Playhouse!

Two-time L.A. Music Critic Award winner and Chappaqua resident Frank Shiner will kick off the festivities with his special brand of blue-eyed soul, performing selections from his new album “Lonely Town, Lonely Street”.

Tickets for the concert fundraiser are $75 through www.ridgefieldplayhouse.org or call (203) 438-5795. Everyone is encouraged to come out for this fabulous fun evening! Proceeds support the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra’s mission to enrich the cultural life of the residents of Ridgefield and surrounding communities by presenting live orchestral concerts. #KeepMusicAlive
