Waking up to snow and temperatures in the 20's (on April 16) was no fun. But what about the poor pansies that we planted last weekend?
At the first signs of spring, many eager and determined garden enthusiasts rush out to purchase the pretty (and very hardy) pansy. Thankfully, these tough little plants can survive frosts, light snow and brief freezes.
According to The Weather Channel, the temperature will slowly rise today hitting the high 40's (hey, it's better than the 20's!)
