Children's Library Summer Reading Survey

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As a requirement for graduation from Southern Connecticut State University's MLS program, I am required to conduct a research project. The topic I have chosen to study is Advocacy and Summer Reading in the Children's Library. It is my hope to collect feedback from staff, the Library board, and patrons for a presentation about the role and significance of the Children's Library to the whole Library.

The survey below (click on the link) is the survey that I would normally send out to parents and guardians at the end of the Summer Reading Program; however, I would like to use the data in my research. All surveys are anonymous. Please consider completing this brief survey so that we may better serve you as well as to help with my research. Please note that the survey is optional and you are in no way required to complete it. Return of this survey indicates your consent to have your data used in this research.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We aim to provide the best service possible!

Sincerely,

Andrea Falkner
