Chris Gaine Joins Growing HR Firm as Director of Business Development

Leading area human resources consulting and outsourcing provider OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com) has announced the hiring of Chris Gaine into the newly created role of Director of Business Development. The firm experienced unprecedented growth of over 30% in 2014, and the addition of Gaine is expected to maintain that momentum into 2015 and beyond.

Chris Gaine, Director of Business Development

Chris Gaine joined OperationsInc in January 2015 as the Director of Business Development. Chris brings with him over 20 years of experience building highly successful teams and engaging clients and strategic partners of all sizes. Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Chris led the Northern US team for a PEO, working closely with small to medium size businesses consulting leadership on business areas including Benefits, HR, Payroll, Worker’s Comp, and 401k. Chris’s background also includes various roles on Wall Street, both on the sell-side and buy-side within Equities and Derivatives. 

Chris earned a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of NY at Albany.
