RMACT Doctor & Local Couple Share Fertility Story on NBC Nightly News

In this NBC Nightly News segmentDr. Mark Leondires, Medical Director of Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT), shared his experience and expertise, first with his patients, and then with NBC news about a test that can increase the odds of success with patients using IVF (in vitro fertilization).

In the interview with Lester Holt on NBC Nightly News, Dr. Leondires appeared with Jessica and Todd and their twins, a couple that were not having success becoming pregnant but did so after seeking help from Dr. Leondires.

Dr. Leondires suggested using ERA, Endometrial Receptivity Analysis, a test that narrows down the window of time best suited for transferring an embryo back into the uterus. This test is helping many women who have undergone IVF (in vitro fertilization) unsuccessfully and while ERA is not necessary or appropriate for every infertility patient, it has proved to be the key for some patients who were not finding success otherwise.

A very special thank you to Jessica and Todd for sharing their story. We hope it inspires you to contact RMACT's five board certified Reproductive Endocrinologists. We are here to help you achieve your goal of building your family.
