Little's Specialty Foods are Going to be Big!

I had the pleasure of meeting New Canaan resident Angela M. Colabella recently, who is passionate about her family business - Little's Specialty Foods, Inc. With her products hitting New Canaan, CT this September 2014, following is her fascinating food journey. Believe me, you will LOVE her and her custom blended seasoning mixes which are flavorsome, versatile and free from artificial ingredients, MSG and gluten. I have used the Chili Mix in my homemade chili (amazing) and the Chili Lime Mix to pep up bacon bits for a salad (delicious). Back in 1980, J. Greg Little created his own unique version of Midwestern chili and sold it locally in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Today Little's Specialty Foods, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company thriving under eldest daughter Angela M. Colabella.

The Little family's love for food stretches way back, where recipes were shared and passed down through the generations. J.
