Girl Scouts of Connecticut Announces their 2014 Speaker Series

Based on the latest research from the Girl Scout Research Institute, "The State of Girls: Unfinished Business," the Girl Scout speaker series sponsored by the First Niagara Foundation will inspire thought, conversation, and solutions.

Hosted by a guest emcee, each event will include a short presentation of the data followed by a panel discussion from local experts. What are the triumphs and challenges for girls and young women today? How are we providing the support they need to thrive in the face of these challenges? And how, as a community, are we celebrating the successes and triumphs of our girls and young ladies?

Come join us to learn more, be part of the solution, and connect with fellow community organizations, professional, and parents.

Events are all held from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
