Chic Fall Entertaining with Olive Oil

With thoughts turning to wholesome, comforting food - book yourselves onto an eventful culinary class, featuring - fall recipes, tuition and demonstrations by New Canaan resident and chef Silvia Baldini on Thursday, November, 6th from 6.30 - 8.30pm.

The two-hour seasonal, cooking class is $55.00 per person and includes: a five-course tasting menu, extra virgin olive oil pairings and education by Alina Lawrence, Owner of Olivette, and guidance on sourcing seasonal foods locally by Analiese Paik, Founder Fairfield Green Food Guide.

The menu is as follows:

  • Quince and Stilton salad with pistachio dressing
  • Celeriac and apple soup
  • Olive oil poached halibut with caper aioli
  • Roasted sweet heirloom carrots, parsnips, turnips, cauliflower, butternut squash and purple potatoes
  • Mini olive oil rosemary lemon cakes
