UPDATE 9:11am: The Jack Russell who was picked up in Wilton is not Charlie. The dog belongs to a Wilton family who lives on Belden Hill Road and is now safely home.
Charlie, a 3 yr old Jack Russell Terrier, belonging to a Ridgefield family went missing the morning of January 6.
Last night, the owner received a call last night from a Good Samaritan who was leaving work on Wednesday evening, January 21, and spotted a Jack Russell loose on Belden Hill Road in Wilton. She said the car in front of her stopped and picked up the dog.
Please spread the word so we can find out who picked up this Jack Russell in Wilton. Let's hope that Charlie is reunited with his owners today.
