Summer Camp At The Garden of Ideas

Summer’s almost her and it’s time to register for summer camp at The Garden of Ideas in Ridgefield. Summer Camp Play at the Garden Table is a two week, half day, morning program for children 5 - 8 years old which will explore the marsh, meadow and woodlands throughout the 8 acres of this garden sanctuary. At the end of each fun-filled week a Family Luncheon, a feast from the gardens prepared by the campers for their families will markj the last day of camp.

Summer Camp Play at the Garden Table, for girls and boys, is all about the outdoors. With a variety of hands on activities, no matter the weather, campers will engage in gardening, cooking, arts-and-crafts as well as visits from community experts leading a host of adventures about the environment, nature, and the many creatures who inhabit the sanctuary. With The Garden of Ideas as their playground, campers are insured of a fun and lively summertime experience.  Catch a frog, dig in the garden and make a wonderful meal might be the best summer fun of all.
