Sen. Toni Boucher Urges Community to Take the Lyme Disease Survey

With summer fully underway, the threat of Lyme disease remains a challenge for families seeking to protect themselves as they enjoy the warm weather.

Lyme Connection, a Ridgefield based organization, offers year round prevention programming and support for Lyme patients. Since 2003, it has sought to improve prevention of tick-borne diseases and to provide assistance to those already suffering from their effects.

In order to devise more effective early warning and prevention efforts, Lyme Connection is conducting a survey to better understand the impact of Lyme disease on our community. The survey can be found on Lyme Connection’s main page, http://lymeconnection.org/, along with more information on this excellent organization, and the services it provides.

The information you supply will be kept confidential, and is important for developing more effective means of combating Lyme Disease in the future.
