Please take note of temporary road closures in Norwalk due to the Memorial Day Parade Monday, May 29, 2017
I-95 Exit 16 ramps will be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Norwalk Police Department announces a temporary road closure of the Memorial Day Parade route on Monday May 29, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 12:30 p.m.
The parade starts at Veterans Park in East Norwalk and proceeds east on Van Zant Street, then north on East Avenue prior to concluding at the Norwalk Green.
Van Zant St, East Ave (south of Route 1), and the northbound and southbound ramps of I-95 Exit 16 will be closed to all traffic.
This closure will allow Norwalk’s Memorial Day Parade to proceed safely to the Norwalk Green.
All other I-95 exits in Norwalk will remain open during the parade.
