Write Yourself Free Offers Memoir Workshops

Editor's note: Write Yourself Free offers writing workshops to the residents of Westport, Fairfield, Wilton, Stamford, Weston and Easton.

Are you free Thursdays in September? Have you always wanted to write your story? Here is your chance. Memoir workshops with Patrick McCord, PhD are registering at Write Yourself Free. Start writing that memoir now, and/or get the inspiration and tools you need to keep writing. Don't worry about telling the story in chronological order: memory doesn't work like that. The trick is letting your memory find the images, sensations and finally the right words for you.

This class will explore an organized approach to the disorganized process of unpacking and clarifying your own story. You will get to an intriguing story that you enjoy telling (and forgo that labored explanation).
