Registration for Woodcock Nature Center’s popular Summer Camp is open now. At this State Licensed Summer Camp, your child will have a chance to explore nature through hands-on activities that bring them closer to local wildlife. Activities include live animal encounters, wilderness skills, campfire cooking, canoeing, wildlife tracking, and hiking and exploring WNC’s 150-acre preserve.
New for 2017, each week will have a special guest including the Maritime Aquarium, Beardsley Zoo, & more. Some weeks even have a Friday night camp out option for campers and their parents to set up tents, roast some marshmallows, and enjoy the wonders of Woodcock at nighttime.
