Starting on Monday, September 11th, and running every Monday until October 30th, New Moms' Morning is a mommy and me music and movement class open for new moms and dads with family memberships at the Wilton Family Y. Children must be between the ages of 0 and 4. After the music and movement class, adults can join a group fitness class, and drop their child off at babysitting for free. This is great for bonding, meeting other kids, and rejuvenation for you and your child. The class will run from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in Studio II, followed by your choice of Vinyasa Yoga (10:45 am to 11:45 am in Studio II), or Zumba (11:00 am to 12:00 pm in Studio I).
