On July 10, a new Roman-style pizzeria opened in downtown Ridgefield. For 31 consecutive nights, Romolo Gastro Pizza, the new authentically Italian 40 seat eatery, has been packed.
“The response from customers is beyond our wildest expectations,” says co-owner, Bruno DiFabio.
Due to the overwhelming demand, DiFabio and chopped-champion partner Germano Minin have decided to give Ridgefield yet another gift - delivery. “The demand for delivery is tremendous,” says DiFabio.
