The Wilton Republican Primary results are now in from Tuesday's vote. For Governor, John P. McKinney received 230 votes while Thomas C. Foley totaled 219 votes.
The Associated Press has already declared Foley the winner.
For the office of Lieutenant Governor, David M. Walker and Heather Somers both received 174 votes, while Penny Bacchiochi tallied just 98.
There was less competition in the results for the position of Comptroller, as Sharon J. McLaughlin totaled 288 votes and Angel Cadena just 106.
