Police Blotter 4-22-14

4-21 Officers responded to a residence on Buchingham Ridge Rd for a somatic related incident involving a 30 year old Wilton man dn his girlfriend, a 39 year old female.  The issue was determined to be only a verbal disagreement and no enforcement action was taken. Approximately one half hour later, officers were called back to the residence.  The female victim reported that the accused was harassing her and her four children as there were attempting to leave the residence for the evening.  The accused reportedly made comments attempting to incite some of the children to hit him, causing the victim and children to fear for their safety.

4-21 A white "panel van" was reported to have been seen in the lot of Miller-Driscoll school on the afternoon of 4-21.  It was occupied by two, possibly white males.  The can was repotted to have some body damage on the passenger side.  There were children playing on the playground a short distance away but the occupants never exited the vehicle or made any attempt to contact any children.  The can left a short time later and appeared to have a CT license plate but no further information on the plate # was available or the last seen direction of travel.

4-20 Argument between spouses led to the arrest of both parties, of Wilton.  The female was found to be in violation of a protective order, and charged accordingly.  Both parties are scheduled to appear at Norwalk Superior Courts on 4/21

4-20 The homeowner on Twin Oak Lane reports that they were away between April 11 and April 20.  During that time period someone entered their residence and stole a cable television box, and Apple TV box, and approximately $200 cash.  There was no sign of forced entry into the residence.  Police are actively investigation this incident.

4-18 An officer stopped an unregistered vehicle traveling southbound on Route 7 by Grumman Hill Rd.  During the motor vehicle stop, s mall amount of marijuana was located in the vehicle.  A 23 year old Bridgeport woman was issued an infraction for both offenses.
