Flu Shots for Wilton Residents

Flu season is here and Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County is ready to help. Flu vaccines are available in the following locations:

Monday, Oct. 8th 9:00 am – 11:00 am Comstock Community Ctr (180 School Road Wilton)

Saturday Nov. 3rd 9:00 am-11:00 am at Wilton Family YMCA  (404 Danbury Road Wilton)

Tuesday, Nov. 6th 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Wilton Senior Center (180 School Road)

Friday Nov. 23rd 10:30 am - 12:30 pm at Wilton Library  (137 Old Ridgefield Road Wilton)

 All flu clinics are first come, first serve and open to anyone age 3 years or older. Persons under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 Cost the flu shot is $38, cash or check or can be billed directly to Medicare Part B, Aetna or Anthem. Bring your insurance card with you.

 “High-dose” flu shot available to adults age 65 or older. Cost is $58, billable to Medicare B, Aetna or Anthem.

 Pneumonia vaccine available to adults 65 or older who have never previously received the vaccine over age 65. Cost is $80, billable to Medicare B.

 Schedule is subject to change based on vaccine availability.
