A vehicle was stopped on Ridgefield Road, for traveling over the double yellow line and fog line. The operator, Peter Russo of Wilton, was found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded 5oz of marijuana packaged for sale, equipment associated with the sale of controlled substances and $960 in cash.
Russo was taken into custody and processed accordingly. Russo is scheduled to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on 4/4/2016, and was released after he posted the $2,500 cash bond.
