On Tuesday, May 31, 2016 Wilton Police responded to a report of unwanted people at a residence. It was found that Bar Etedgi, 22, of New York and Shai Hababou, 23, also of New York, were working without the proper permits and they were attempting to defraud the homeowner.
The two men were charged with Larceny in the 2nd Degree, Sales Without a Permit and Failure to Provide/Notice of Cancel.
