On Monday, June 19, Wilton Police arrested Tiffany Tecce, (42) of New Haven, CT on a warrant for Violating a Protective Order. The offender violated the order after she sent photos of the victim to third parties in an attempt to harass the victim.
Tecce was held on a $25,000 bond and will be arraigned in Norwalk Superior Court this morning.
