Discover the History of Bethels Stony Hill Inn at the Bethel Public Library

Whether you are a Bethel native, long-time resident, or newcomer--or just want to discover some local history--you’ll enjoy the program “The Story of the Stony Hill Inn” on Saturday May 30, 2-3 pm, at the Bethel Public Library. Presented by the Bethel Historical Society, the program includes a talk by Society President Pat Rist, followed by a screening of the film “And the Swans Still Swim.” Special guest Gene Rubino, former owner of the Stony Hill Inn, will share his memories and answer questions from the audience.

During the month of May, be sure to see the special collection of items and images related to the Stony Hill Inn on display in the Main Room of the Library.

The program is suitable for adults and teens 16 years and older. Registration is required. Please register through the Library’s online calendar at www.bethellibrary.org, call the Library at 203-794-8756 x4, or sign up at the Library’s Reference Desk.
