The Town of Southeast Cultural Arts Coalition will be hosting the workshop Face Reading 101: The Basics of Reading Facial Features for Self-Discovery and Compassionate Interactions on Friday, April 20th, 2018 from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
Face reading—or physiognomy—is an ancient art and science that explores how facial features provide insight into someone’s character, personality, strengths, challenges, and even personal history. The appearance of one’s eyes, nose, mouth, ears, etc., broadcasts one’s outlook on life, communication and work style, and intimacy requirements, amongst many other things. The workshop will present a brief history of face reading, as well as the basic concepts behind its application.
Each attendee will also receive a mini face reading during the workshop. The instructor is Elaine Gartner, certified face reader (CFR) and owner of Everyday Face Reading, LLC. She has studied and practiced both Eastern and Western approaches to face reading for over 15 years.
