Hat Town Story Hour is hosting a series of open mic events for those with a true tale to tell.
Starting at 8 p.m. on the third Friday each month at Molten Java, up to 10 story-tellers will share a 5-minute true story based on that month's theme. Dates and themes are:
- April 20th- DIRT - this week; sign up now!
- May 18th- MAGIC
Story-tellers are asked to sign up in advance. Sign-up info and links to story-telling tips and techniques are available here.
Molten Java is located at 213 Greenwood Avenue. The coffee house and arts venue is co-organizing the spring Hat Town Story Hour series with St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church.
