WinterFest, our annual tree lighting celebration is fast approaching on Friday, November 23rd from 1 to 6 p.m., but there is still time to sponsor some of the key elements that draw so many people to Bethel's downtown.

Members can put materials at our info table at no charge or be an information table sponsor with a sign for $25.
S'mores
You can sponsor the scouts s'mores for $100.
Horse Drawn Carriage Ride
Members can sponsor the Horse Drawn Carriage Ride with a side sign for $100 or with a side sign, lawn sign and announcements throughout the event for $500.
Lighting sponsor
Sponsor the holiday lights around downtown for just $500.
New! Daily Fare Festival Sponsors
We're still working with the EDC and Town Hall for approvals to add a new holiday festival event at the train station as part of our WinterFest celebration but wanted to reach out to potential sponsors right away. The Daily Fare at the train station turns 10 this November, and what goes better with Santa than delicious baked goods and trains? So, we're hoping to have a small holiday village for the little ones with a kiddie train ride and some vendor tables to help celebrate. Vendor tables will be free (need to register in advance and bring your own table) and we'll need five $200 sponsors for the holiday village and train ride. Imagine being a kid riding inside the train around the tree! We'll accept sponsor and vendor inquiries while we work on securing the approvals from Town Hall, but won't accept any money until we get the go ahead. If for some reason we can't do that, we have an alternate plan that's almost as exciting.
