Bethel Public Library Presents Chaos to Order: Back-to-School Organizing Skills

Just in time for the beginning of the school year! "From Chaos to Order: Back-to-School Organizing Skills” will be presented at the Bethel Public Library on Thursday, September 12, 6:30-7:45 pm.

Whether you have one child or a dozen, family life is busy and we are inundated with schedules, activities, and stuff. Lots of stuff. This is the perfect time to learn how to corral the chaos! Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and teachers will want to attend.

Children need books (of course!); toys and games; baseball, football, lacrosse, soccer, and hockey gear; musical instruments; school supplies and paperwork; and clothing for all four seasons.

Why should you get it all organized? Because if you do, then you spend less time looking for things and more time enjoying those activities. Studies show that order creates peace and harmony. The added bonus is that children will learn how to organize, too!

The presenter, Linda Chiara, is an experienced organizer and de-clutterer in addition to being a widely published children's author.

Registration is required. Call the Bethel Public Library at 794-8756 ext. 4, email adult@bethellibrary.org, or register online at www.bethellibrary.org.

All programs sponsored by the Bethel Public Library are open to the public and meet accessibility requirements for the disabled. Those needing special accommodations should contact the Library at least two weeks prior to the program to make arrangements.
