For the LLove of LLamas Tomorrow at Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary

For the LLove of LLamas on April 22nd (raindate April 23) from 1-3pm

Who couldn’t fall in love with these incredible creatures? LLamas are highly intelligent and social animals with excellent survival skills. Their thick coats allow them to thrive in cool climates and their gentle humming allows them to communicate with their herd. Originally, llamas were native to North America but gradually migrated to South America during the time of the ice age, 2 million years ago!

Join us at the sanctuary for this rare opportunity to meet and interact with miniature Argentinian, Bolivian, Chilean & Peruvian Llamas! Rowanwood Farm and Eco Acres will discuss the many variations of llamas and help you learn about their origins, fiber types and patterns.

And don’t forget to take some time to be creative and have fun at the LLAMA CRAFT BOOTH! Plus, meet Monica Kerkes, author of “The Llove Llama & Friends” book series. There are just so many reasons to Llove those Llamas and this is your chance to talk to the experts, learn about these incredible creatures and maybe even receive a few llama kisses!
