Spring cleaning season is upon us! It’s a great time to clean out your closet, your clutter, and your car. But, what about your kitchen and your cravings? If you're feeling ready for a refresher, RVNA's "Nutrition and Lifestyle for Weight Management" is a great place to start. This six-week group program for all ages will help you define and reach an attainable goal to get you ready for the active spring and summer months ahead.
With a focus on individual goal setting and achieving, the series includes weekly themes and educational topics, as well as private weekly weigh-ins. The group also shares personal successes, setbacks, and helpful resources. Led by RVNA Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Educator Meg Whitbeck, MS, RDN, the program provides the best of both worlds -- hands-on personal attention in an atmosphere of group support.
“Nutrition and Lifestyle for Weight Management” is being offered on both Tuesday evenings and Thursday afternoons, so you can choose the session that best fits your schedule:
Tuesday Evenings:
May 15 - June 19
6:30 to 8:00pm
Thursday Afternoons - women only:
