Stony Hill Fire Department Brings Joy to Residents During Quarantine

Stony Hill Volunteer Fire Department Birthday Parade Update

Since April 9th, we have been helping the community celebrate birthdays, milestones and other notable events with parade drive by's. The smiles, tears, joy and excitement we have seen in the last month have been truly uplifting. Our members have enjoyed doing this just as much as the families who we are helping celebrate.

With that being said, it is time for the parades to come to an end. Now that Connecticut is slowly beginning to reopen and trying to resume normal operations, so will we. Any scheduled or pending requests will be honored, but as of today, we will not accept any new parade requests.

We would like to thank the community for all of your support, donations, encouragement, handwritten letters- everything!

And thank you to Bethel Fire & EMS and Bethel Police Department for always being there with us.
