Bethel Community Flu Cinic on October 2 at Berry School

Bethel Visiting Nurse Association will hold a Community-Wide Flu Clinic will take place on Wednesday, October 2 from 4:00-7:00pm Berry School Gymnasium (200 Whittlesey Drive). 

Preservative-free, Quadrivalent flu vaccines for ages 6 months and older, and Preservative-Free High-Dose for ages 65 years and older, will be available as supplies allow. Please check our website for scheduling updates.

Please bring your CURRENT Medical Insurance Card – Insurance carriers/products that will be billed directly: Aetna, Anthem, ConnectiCare, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare Part B, and Medicare Advantage Plans with Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, ConnectiCare

 No charge for Vaccines for ALL CHILDREN 4 AND UNDER

 No charge for children 18 years or younger who are Medicaid or Husky A/B enrolled, have no health insurance/self-pay, under-insured, American Indian or Alaskan Native

 If you do not have a participating insurance plan, payments will be accepted by cash, check, health savings account, debit card or credit card. For more detailed information about Seasonal Influenza vaccines, visit CDC.gov
