Nationally Ranked Kratos Gymnasts Shine on the Floor At 2020 I Love NY Cup Invitational

Competitive gymnasts of Kratos Gymnastics located in Bethel, CT participated in the I Love NY Cup Invitational, on February 8th & 9th, 2020.  The competition held at the Floyd L. Maines Veteran Memorial Arena in Binghamton, NY hosted over 500 gymnasts JO Levels 2-10 & Xcel Bronze-Platinum from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, & Pennsylvania.

Gymnasts from Kratos ranging from as young as 5 years of age to 14 years of age displayed spectacular gymnastics performances in their competitive levels! Most notably, the Xcel Silver team from Kratos (Olivia Czupkowski 12yr, Olivia Feliz 13yr, Lucia Holmberg 10yr, Zoe King 11yr, Alexandria Nelson 14yr, Lilli Nelson 11yr, Bianca Sousa 10yr, Alexia Suter 11yr, Caitlin Riina 11yr) each added to their teams’ successful 3rd place finish and their elegant performances on the floor exercise not only helped them fill the podium, it ranked them as a team 2nd in the Nation for floor at the Xcel Silver level!!

  • Genesis Valerio (8yr) Danbury, CT: Genesis displayed her best performance yet! Qualifying her to CT State Championships!

Level 4: 

  • Lydia Hodge (7yr) Danbury, CT: Bars 3rd, Beam 9th, Floor 6th, All-Around 7th

Xcel Bronze: 

  • Hailey Bento (8yr) Sandy Hook, CT: Vault 12th, Bars: 11th, Beam 12th, Floor 10th, All-Around 12th
  • Veronica Benvenuto (13yr) Brewster, NY: Vault: 9th, Bars: 9th, Beam 10th, Floor 9th, All-Around 9th
  • Zoe Daoust (8yr) Bethel, CT: Vault: 11th, Bars 9th, Beam 11th, Floor 11th, All-Around 11th
