Why did you start your business?
We started Inetko to provide IT services that are generally available to small and mid-size business. Technology has become an integrated part of business growth. It doesn't matter what's your business type or size your success relied on Technology. Until recently many small businesses could not afford some the IT services that can really make their business profitable. At Inetko we started the journey to find ways to help those businesses. Today we are very proud to say that we have a catalog of services for almost every business.
What is your best selling product/service?
Cloud Services are our best selling service. Many small businesses have started to recognize that Cloud services are more affordable than they previously thought. The other benefit of using our Cloud services is that it allows businesses that need to be in compliance with certain Federal Regulations to become compliant. For instance, a Doctor's office or a Lawyer's office no longer needs to keep a server that can easily be breached in the office's closet. Now Inetko brings that added protection to their business.
Here in Bethel, our team is made of 5 people. Our goal is to bring in some interns for the summer. Our staff here is a big family. We share the same vision for the company. Our hope is to set an environment where we will be able to teach and accompany young people who are interested in Technology in the area to have a place where they can come in the summer and receive a valuable lesson about work ethics and the meaning of customer service.
