You're It NationWide Homes Real Estate!

Three questions with Peter and Laura Testa of NationWide Homes Real Estate.

Why did you start your business?

My first taste of real estate was when I was a little kid and went home shopping with my parents.  I was able to be a little observer from the buying end and watched how my parents relentlessly sacrificed their time to find the perfect home for our family of five. The realtor who was patient while educating and negotiating on my parents' behalf.  I've always been fascinated with homes from their design, architecture and what they provide. So what better business to be than where you get to be the chain that ties families and homes together? I feel it's one of the most rewarding careers and I am blessed to have been able to help so many families. Our team always goes above and beyond to ensure clients are not just happy, but are also willing to share their positive experience with the next person.

How many people do you employ? Any youth or seniors from the community?

We have a team of over 30 agents that come from different backgrounds along with young and retired agents. I am happy to have youth interns come and learn the different marketing techniques we offer.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

We support and have utilized the Amos House, Catholic Charities, local softball teams, schools, police/fire departments amongst many others and in return they support our business by being part of our network of referrals.
