Why did you start your business?
I started my business to express the love that I feel for the natural world. I see a NEED for a fresh ecological perspective to be brought to the conventional "landscaping" paradigm. Broadly, our conventional suburban land management regime is contributing to pollution and habitat fragmentation. I work towards providing my clients with sound advice and a design flair that incorporates ornamental vegetable gardens and wildflower meadows into our traditional landscape. I hope the business helps people by creating landscapes that create stepping stones towards ecological literacy for all.
Believe it or not, our best selling service is our Organic Lawn Care Program. From our foundation of deep knowledge of grass Biology and Ecology, we find the leverage-points which create the best looking lawn using minimal inputs.

I find support from numerous local businesses, including:
1.) New England Compost, for top-quality mulch and compost.
2.) Brass City Screen Printing for all of my custom clothing.
3.) Bethel Power Equipment, for sales and service of all of our power equipment.
