You're IT Lady Chakra Holistic Healing!

Three questions with Audra Mace, founder of Lady Chakra Holistic Healing.

Why did you start your business?

After surviving a major medical trauma in 2015, I responded to a spiritual calling to promote peace and healing. As a lifelong supporter of natural remedies and preventative practices, I trained passionately becoming a Reiki Master, Chakradance™ Facilitator, Tai Chi Easy™ Practice Leader, and Numerologist to professionally deliver knowledge of “lifestyle self-care healthcare” to the community via Lady Chakra Holistic Healing in Bethel, CT.

What is your best-selling product/service?

Custom Numerology Reports are most popular and are truly riveting, serving as validation of the past, discovering life purpose and how to navigate the cyclicality of the future based upon birth name and date. Clients ask for more granular private readings or host social parties where participants share laughter in the synchronicities gaining instant insight into how they can better relate to people and improve relationships by applying Numerology using 15-second calculations. I also teach classes how to chart for those interested in science.

Of the 30+ titled wellness classes I have, Tai Chi Easy™ group wellness classes are the best attended with the most repeat clients. Appealing to mainstream people who just want to relax, be present, and gain mental clarity, these practices drawn from methods proven over centuries for breathing, self-applied massage, gentle movements, and meditation are becoming super relevant to build immunity and diffuse stress. Summer of 2019, I led 26 sessions open to the public for charity on the Bethel municipal lawn in support of the Healer Within Foundation’s Tai Chi Easy™ Dissemination Project to build community awareness for self-care skills.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

Many local businesses in downtown Bethel were routinely supportive for initial brand building allowing me to post-print advertising for wellness classes and/or distribute brochures including Caraluzzi’s Market, Jacqueline’s Restaurant & Bakery, O’Neil’s Coffee Shop, The Toy Room, Greenwood Avenue Laundromat, Biksbee’s, Molten Java Coffee Shop, Sycamore Drive-In, Hub Tub Laundromat, Bethel Train Station, and Bethel Municipal Center. Other local businesses collaborated with me for events or promotions including Effleurage & Ki, River’s Edge Reiki, Touch of Sedona, Patricia’s Presents, and St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church.

Many surrounding towns and their businesses have been supportive as well as my wellness classes have been held in Newtown, New Milford, Wilton, Ridgefield, and Fairfield drawing clients from towns nestled in between. I am truly blessed to have had local support to impact the well-being of hundreds of people living in our community and appreciate this invitation to Bethel’s Why Small Businesses Matter campaign.
