Three questions with Rebecca Vanech, founder of Blossom & Thrive Coaching and Wellness.
Why did you start your business?
Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine and with so many people in our country who are gaining weight and trying all the dieting tactics, I wanted to be able to offer a system that works not just to lose weight but to help my clients keep it off long term while helping them manage their stress, and peeling back their layers to address how it all started.
What is your best-selling product/service?
My best-selling service is my coaching programs, which offer holistic approaches to wellness including but not limited to: yoga, meditation, cleanses, essential oils, supplements, and more. In addition, I use many research-based techniques to support my clients that are built into our sessions together so you can be confident that you’re going to get the results you’re looking for.
During the pandemic, I decided to take my business completely virtual and over the phone. I find that it helps my clients feel more comfortable opening up and sharing about themselves, especially at first. The best part is that it allows me to serve my clients all over the country and the world since we don’t have to be in the same physical location.
