The Bethel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 9th 2021 at 7:00pm via Zoom to hear the application of Tracy Castelli/Victoria Heron LLC, for an Affordable Housing Application under Section 8-30g of the Ct State Statues.
The proposal is for 11 units to be located at 28 South Street.
This property can be found in the Tax Assessor’s Office as Map 22 Block 21 and Lot 07.
