Bethel Police The Last Emoji, Shows Tragic Effects of Distracted Driving

This sculpture, titled “The Last Emoji”, was created utilizing parts of a vehicle that crashed while the operator was texting and driving. While clever, it is a somber representation of the real risk distracted drivers take.

Bethel Police Department begin the second wave of Distracted Driving Enforcement and would like to remind you that texts and phone calls can wait.

Help keep Bethel safe and don’t drive distracted!
